I’m grateful to say the real estate business has been good to me and provided for me for over 34 years now. In California for 15 years and here in Texas for an additional 19. I’ve always been enthusiastic about real estate but what truly drives me is the people. Whether it’s a family or a single individual, a retired vet or widower, we all have our life story that carries with it specific needs and desires. That’s my passion, getting to know my client/s so “together” we can fulfill those visions in the best possible way.
Experience and qualifications:
Working with the highly respected Prudential California Realty in Southern California for 15 years I was successful in single family home sales, new development sales as well as vacant land sales. Because of the economic downturn in the 90’s, I sought out additional education in REO/BPO and was able to continue my sales in that area of the real estate market.
We moved to Texas in 2005 and I am proud to say I continue my real estate career with one of the most distinguished companies in the industry, RE/MAX DFW Associates. Hard work and determination landed me in the top 20% of sales my first year with RE/MAX and this year I met my goal by obtaining membership in The Gold Club. Most of the credit goes to my clients who put their trust in my education, knowledge and experience in the real estate business. To them I am thankful!
